Effective with the 2010-11 dance season, active Steps 'N Motion families may make online credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) payments for tuition and other fees using the Steps Customer Portal.
Security is very important to us, and we've chosen a studio management program that adheres to all the rules of the Card Holder Information Security Program (CSIP.) All information you provide to us from within the Customer Portal is private, secure, password-protected and encrypted. Our online credit card gateway provider is PCI-compliant and uses a variety of techniques to provide "state of the art Level 1 PCI certified processing and storage of account data."
To make an online payment, simply follow the instructions provided below.
- Access your Customer Portal using your email address and password.
- Make sure you have valid credit card details on file under the MY ACCOUNT tab and that this is the credit card you want to use for your payment.
- Click on the FEES & PAYMENTS tab to see what you owe.
- Click on the MAKE A PAYMENT tab.(You may make a payment for posted fees only. We typically post fees about a week prior to their due date. If you'd like to pay further ahead, please email office@stepsnmotion.com for instructions.)
- Select the fees you'd like to pay by clicking the check box(es) to the left of the fee description or click AUTO-APPLY to select all fees.
- Once you are certain you've selected the appropriate fees, click on the SUBMIT button.
- A pop-up window will display indicating if your transaction was successful.
- A confirmation email will be sent to your email address and to the Steps office email address.
- Be sure to Logout of your Customer Portal by clicking on the SIGNOUT link near the top right of your screen.
You may also choose to make payment at either studio with exact cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
If you'd like Steps 'N Motion to automatically charge your fees to the credit card you have on file, please complete an Automatic Draft Credit Card Release Form and bring it by the studio. Additionally, you must keep up-to-date credit card information on file under the My Account tab of the Customer Portal.
