Our tumbling program includes floor gymnastics and conditioning. These classes consist of many elements including balance, focus, and defiance of gravity. Students in tumbling class can expect to increase strength, flexibility, and power. Class begins with a cardio and strength building warm up. Students learn skills on mats with the help of spotting from our highly trained coaches and progress to performing skills on the dance floor. Tumbling is an individualized class and students will be working on their own skills at their own pace. Our tumbling coaches are USA Gymnastics certified.
