Our tumbling program includes floor gymnastics and conditioning. These classes consist of many elements including balance, focus, and defiance of gravity. Parents can expect their children to increase strength, flexibility, and power while mastering fun new skills. Class begins with a cardio and strength building warm up. Students learn skills on mats with the help of spotting from our highly trained coaches and progress to performing skills independently on the mat. Tumbling is an individualized class and students will be working on their own skills at their own pace. Our tumbling coaches are USA Gymnastics certified.
